• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise sales cycles
• Partner with Account Executives to drive strategic customer engagements
• Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution discussions
• Design solution strategies aligned with customer business and operational goals
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value narratives
• Support RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and technical validation processes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and product enhancements
• Support go-to-market initiatives including webinars, industry events, and executive presentations
• Build scalable technical assets including demo environments, solution briefs, and presentations

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider data management, credentialing, and enrollment workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as NCQA, CAQH, CMS
• Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders in enterprise sales cycles
• Strong experience delivering technical presentations and executive-level customer engagements
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong collaboration experience across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and interoperability concepts is highly preferred

• Onsite role based in Bethesda, Maryland
• Open to candidates across the US who are willing to relocate
