This position plays a critical role in documenting and shaping our client's IT needs, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision. Successful performance will influence development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results.
Responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include providing research and assistance with the implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements. Recommend and develop new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of function strategy and operations.
Leads and manages works of other technical staff that has significant impact on project results/outputs. Resolve highly complex problems using significant applications of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation. Develops solutions that are highly innovative and achieved through research and integration of best practices.
This position requires ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. A successful candidate will have in-depth understanding of technical principles, theories, concepts and their application across range of programs.
This position is on-site in Bethesda, MD and requires a current CI or Full Scope polygraph.
