Role Overview

Lead enterprise-wide design and integration of Service Now solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions and mentoring teams to foster innovation and best practices.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of complex Service Now solutions, including evaluating deep architectural fit, integration complexity, and identifying must-have vs. nice-to-have features.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a certified, expert Service Now Architect with 10+ years of experience in developing and directing the design, architecture, and implementation of data services, including COTS products, security identity, and access management services.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in developing and directing the design, architecture, and implementation of data services
  • Minimum 8 years' experience developing System Architecture, Software Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture diagrams and associated technical specifications
  • Thorough experience with Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Detailed experience with Service Now Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Extensive experience designing/implementing Service Now solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
  • Strong understanding of Service Now integrations, APIs, and data modeling
  • Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Service Now platform
  • Experience establishing enterprise service offerings
  • Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal
  • Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word and other tools
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills using MS Power Point
