Overview

Intelli Genesis Cryptologic Cyber Planner Level 3 Mission Ops – Cyber – Annapolis Junction, MD – Full Time

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
• Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
• Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat.
• Initiate communications with external support partners.
• Conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
• Utilize experience with operational planning.
• Have a strong cyber background.
• Ability to effectively communicate requirements.
• Lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.

• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required.
• Doctoral degree and four (4) years of relevant experience, Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience, ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED required.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field preferred, but degree in any field is acceptable.
• Relevant experience must be related to customer mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations).
• External engagement experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
• IC Cyber Planners course or other relevant training.

Compensation Range: $96,000 - $120,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and are not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
