Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal AI technical advisor supporting AI education, workforce development, and mission-focused training initiatives.
- Collaborate with IG Labs researchers and engineers to identify emerging AI technologies and translate them into workforce development opportunities.
- Help define the skills, competencies, and certification standards required for an AI‑ready workforce.
- Guide the development of curriculum, labs, simulations, and practical exercises focused on real‑world AI applications.
- Provide technical leadership across topics including:
- Generative AI
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Data Science
- AI Governance and Responsible AI
- MLOps and AI Operations
- Cybersecurity and AI
- Ensure training content remains aligned with current industry advancements, government AI strategies, and operational mission requirements.
- Develop mission‑relevant use cases demonstrating how AI can be applied to solve real‑world challenges.
- Support AI demonstrations, workshops, technical exchanges, and customer engagements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding future workforce development and training priorities.
- Contribute thought leadership supporting Intelli Genesis' AI strategy, innovation initiatives, and workforce transformation efforts.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to operational, mission, research, or business challenges.
- Experience with large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and emerging federal AI policies.
- Strong understanding of modern AI methodologies, architectures, and workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government organizations.
- Experience developing technical training, certifications, workshops, or workforce development programs.
- Published research, conference presentations, patents, or demonstrated contributions to AI innovation initiatives.

Whether contributing to AI prototypes, exploring emerging technologies, supporting workforce transformation initiatives, or helping shape future AI certification programs, you’ll play a direct role in preparing government organizations for an AI‑enabled future.
CompensationCompensation Range: $185,000 - $215,000. These figures represent a general guideline for total compensation and are not guaranteed. The final amount depends on factors such as position level, job complexity, location, experience, education, and other company considerations. Other indirect components may include medical insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, maternity/paternity leave, 401(k) company match, training/education reimbursements, and work/life programs.
