Migration Specialist​/Data Coach

We are seeking an experienced Migration Specialist / Data Coach to support data migration initiatives and guide technical teams on best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, Python, AWS, and SQL
, along with experience in code review, documentation, and mentoring teams.

• Lead and support data migration projects, particularly to Snowflake environments.
• Review, analyze, and optimize Python code for performance and scalability.
• Design, develop, and validate data transformations using Snowflake SQL.
• Coach and mentor teams on Python and SAS best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain and update Confluence documentation.
• Support AWS-based integrations and workflows.
• Apply data governance standards and documentation best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

• Strong experience with Snowflake (Data Warehousing & SQL)
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Knowledge of Data Governance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
