Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

Belay Technologies is hiring multiple Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to support a critical mission within the Intelligence Community (IC). The TDNA conducts advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop methods to expand target access and intelligence collection.

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Apply agency tool knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
• Collaborate with contractors, government and military personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience or understanding of agency tools.
• Degree in the Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) preferred; a degree in any field is acceptable, and relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Relevant experience in aspects of Intelligence Analysis such as target developments, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency might satisfy the experience requirement.
