Are you ready to shape the future of global security? The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a skilled All-Source Analyst (Current Intelligence) - Senior
, to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, providing timely and actionable current intelligence analysis in support of Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), USCYBERCOM, and associated component operations and defense.

Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.

Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.

Conduct analysis utilizing intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, and forecast a broad array of national security developments and current events. Provide daily current intelligence briefs and tailored products supporting the DoDIN, USCYBERCOM, and subordinate component missions, often under short suspense timelines. Perform research and develop analysis on current event topics related to cyber threats against the DoDIN, critical U.S. infrastructure, key resources, and in support of ongoing and emergent operations.

Produce written and oral intelligence products that demonstrate in-depth understanding of the relevant subject matter and clearly articulate adversary doctrine, objectives, and technical cyber capabilities. Keep collection requirements appropriately defined for technically complex intelligence needs and reflect the evolving information environment. Leverage resources such as Cyber Intelligence Updates, J2 Daily Briefs slides, and other current intelligence products to maintain high situational awareness.

Consistently employ all-source analytic tradecraft and standards prescribed by ODNI and DIA, including ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209. Document Operation Instructions for command-wide programs and initiatives. Foster ongoing communication and collaboration with counterparts across the intelligence community.

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a recognized accredited institution; or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute.
• Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines.
• Demonstrates ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
• Demonstrates ability to interpret analysis, including its meaning, importance, and implications.
• Defends analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions and adapts when presented with new information.
• Produces timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools and web-enabled formats.
• Communicates complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with strong grammar skills.
• Develops structured research, evaluates, organizes, and maintains information within security and data protocols.
• Identifies nuances and resolves contradictions and inconsistencies in information.
• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and fulfills all developmental training and experience requirements for the labor category.
• Collaborates and works with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes.
• Communicates understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced information.
• Structures analysis based on trends, reporting, and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts and disciplines.
• Works independently with minimal oversight and direction.
