Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

  • TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
Experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT architecture, data analytics, or systems integration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years supporting healthcare, clinical quality, or federal health systems.
  • Experience in integrating healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR/clinical systems).
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and reporting requirements (e.g., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission).
  • Understanding of DoD/DHA IT environments (preferred).
Tasks
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions supporting CQM programs.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., EHRs, DHA enterprise systems, quality reporting tools).
  • Develop and maintain data architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead development of interactive dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across MTFs.
  • Translate clinical quality requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
  • Support automation of data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, analysts, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA cybersecurity and data governance policies.
  • Support inspection readiness through data traceability and audit readiness.
