Leidos is seeking a Site Operations Lead to support a government site in Indian Head, MD. The role provides desk-side IT device support, troubleshooting and repair for on-site customers within the Field Services team.
The ideal candidate will be a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance, a HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent), and hands-on experience with Windows 10 and service desk tools such as HP Service Manager or Remedy.
