RESPONSIBILITIES

The Systems Administrator is expected to be able to accomplish the following:

• Monitors andmanagessystem resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times tomaintainoperating efficiency.
• Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.
• Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts,maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system widesoftwareandallocatingmass storage space.
• Interacts with users andevaluatesvendor products. Makes recommendations topurchasehardware and software, coordinates installation andprovidesbackup recovery.
• Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
• May be assigned responsibility for less experienced staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ActiveTS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
• HS, 9-11 years of relevant experience; BS, 3-5 years; MS, 0-3
• One of the following DoD 8570/CS-NET-451 certificationsisrequired:
  • Security+ CE
  • SSCP
  • CySA+
  • GSEC

  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• MCSA / MCSE
• RHCSA / RHCE
• Linux+
• VMware VCP
• Nutanix NCP
• Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

• CISSP
• SCAP / STIG implementation training
• ACAS / Nessus experience
• ITIL4 Foundation
• HDI certifications

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Systems Administrator maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
