EducationBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
Desired Certifications- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA)
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT architecture, data analytics, or systems integration
- Minimum 3–5 years supporting healthcare, clinical quality, or federal health systems
- Experience in integrating healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR/clinical systems)
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and reporting requirements (e.g., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, The Joint Commission)
- Understanding of DoD/DHA IT environments preferred
- Design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions supporting CQM programs
- Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., EHRs, DHA enterprise systems, quality reporting tools)
- Develop and maintain data architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks
- Lead development of interactive dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across MTFs
- Translate clinical quality requirements into technical solutions and system designs
- Support automation of data collection, validation, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with Program Manager, analysts, and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with DHA cybersecurity and data governance policies
- Support inspection readiness through data traceability and audit readiness
