The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a temporary Help Desk Analyst to join a professional services firm based in Bethesda. This individual will join a busy team, provide support to end-users, and maintain systems and applications for the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of help desk experience, enjoy finding solutions, and know how to deliver exceptional IT service to a broad range of professionals.
This is a temporary role and is available immediately!
- Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite
- Add, update, and delete user profiles and accounts
- Assist with creating user guides for IT processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in end-user support in a Microsoft/Windows environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Windows 10/11, imaging, and Mac hardware
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
$27/hr+
