• Resolve technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Create, delete, and modify customer accounts.
• Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
• Alert management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Work as a team player and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

• Education:
  
  Associate of Arts or Associate of Science.
• Required Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Required Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service.
• Certification: IAT Level 1.
• Shift: Monday - Friday 7pm-3am.

  On Site.
