Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outreach & Communication Digital Analytics Specialist to support digital engagement, web analytics, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital analytics, web performance measurement, customer experience analysis, dashboard development, reporting, data visualization, and user engagement analytics.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze digital communication channels, develop meaningful performance metrics, optimize user experience, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and analytical reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain digital analytics dashboards and performance reports.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, customer engagement, and digital communication metrics.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple digital platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor digital outreach initiatives and recommend improvements based on analytics and customer behavior.
  • Perform customer experience analysis to identify usability issues and improve digital engagement.
  • Support data collection strategies and ensure data quality across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve digital products and services.
  • Conduct trend analysis, statistical analysis, and performance benchmarking.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and project teams.
  • Develop documentation for analytics processes, reporting methodologies, and dashboard standards.
  • Support enterprise modernization initiatives by integrating analytics into digital solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, customer experience analytics, or web analytics.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Experience analyzing website performance, user engagement, and digital communication metrics.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into meaningful analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with customer experience (CX) measurement and digital engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and digital usability principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or public sector digital communication environments.
  • Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Business Intelligence, or Cloud technologies are preferred.
