Job Description
Job Title: HL7 Analyst – Production Support (Band
2)
Client: Elevance Health (Through Infinite)
Bill Rate: $85/hr
Role Summary
Seeking an HL7 Analyst to provide production support for healthcare integration systems. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving HL7 interface issues to ensure seamless data exchange across clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain HL7 interfaces (ADT, ORU, SIU, etc.)
- Monitor production systems and resolve interface/data issues
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and fixes
- Work with integration engines (e.g., Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf)
- Collaborate with clinical, app, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in HL7 v2.x messaging & troubleshooting
- Experience in healthcare integration / EDI environments
- Knowledge of SQL, logs analysis, and production support workflows
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Service Now/JIRA)
Preferred
- Exposure to FHIR / APIs
- Experience in payer/clinical systems (e.g., claims, EMR)
