Role Overview
G2IT is seeking an experienced Service Now ITSM Developer to support the design, administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
What You Will DoConfigure, administer, and develop Service Now ITSM applications and workflows. Support core ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting Service Now ITSM processes, improving service delivery, and collaborating with government stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements- 9+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Service Now administration, development, or ITSM support experience
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret Clearance
- Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
