General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to join the NIH support team in Bethesda, MD onsite with hybrid options. You will provide excellent IT phone support, process incidents and service requests in Service Now, and work with multi-vendor teams.
Requirements include an Associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, Service Now experience, Windows/Mac OS knowledge, O365, VPN, Active Directory, and strong customer service skills.
