-Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance for Oracle database and middleware environments, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.
-Lead Oracle Database installations, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, with a focus on Oracle 19c environments.
-Administer, configure, and support enterprise Oracle database technologies, including:
Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)
Multitenant architecture (CDBs/PDBs, cloning, provisioning, and decommissioning)
Oracle Data Guard and Active Data Guard
Oracle RMAN backup and recovery solutions
Database patching, security hardening, and STIG compliance
Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM)
Database troubleshooting, fault isolation, and performance tuning
Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) administration and monitoring
