Director, Architecture – Enterprise & Strategy

• Provide enterprise design thinking and support for AstraZeneca's Martech Enterprise Architecture
• Define architecture strategy, direction, and standards for Martech
• Analyze business priorities and strategies and translate them into enterprise architecture requirements
• Act as an authority on strategic architecture decisions for the relevant architecture segment
• Refine Martech architecture strategies, mentorship, and criteria
• Lead development of Martech Architecture Roadmaps and Blueprints over a 1-5 year horizon
• Ensure continuous alignment of capabilities with business priorities and objectives
• Contribute to cross-functional decision-making bodies
• Act as sign-off authority for solution and segment architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps
• Nurture Enterprise Architecture initiatives across IS
• Engage external architecture subject matter experts to stay current with trends and technologies
• Advise senior IT and Business management strategically
• Drive and oversee development of Architecture Roadmaps and Blueprints
• Ensure Martech architectures align with global strategies and solutions
• Lead development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture standards, processes, tools, and setup
• Establish strategies and AZ approaches for management of key information
• Analyze IT industry and market trends and determine their potential enterprise impact
• Establish partnerships with key technology suppliers
• Provide thought leadership and sophisticated technical expertise for Martech enterprise architecture
• Drive continuous development of the Architecture Capability within IS through standard process sharing
• Work with business and IT leadership to shape AstraZeneca's Martech architecture portfolio

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years Enterprise Architecture experience
• Experience defining and aligning Marley architectural roadmaps and strategies to business strategy
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe products and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, and Adobe Assets
• Experience with rationalisation, consolidation, and integration across business domains using a formal framework
• Experience with large Justification phase work, including product evaluation and case formulation
• Experience influencing senior business and IT partners to adopt change or innovative solutions
• Experience defining and developing components of an Enterprise Architecture practice
• Experience managing and negotiating with third-party suppliers
• Experience managing, developing, and leading teams in different locations
• Strong networking skills with good internal/external links
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills at senior levels
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
• Awareness of marketplace developments and their relevance and potential impact to AZ IS
• Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and influence others to achieve positive outcomes

Possesses strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
