Attorney - Corporate Immigration and Mobility

USILAW, a leading corporate immigration law firm, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Corporate Immigration Attorney to join our team. As a Corporate Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our corporate clients on immigration matters. This includes assisting with employment based visa petitions and a wide gamut of related matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them navigate the complexities of immigration law.

• Provide legal counsel to corporate clients on immigration matters
• Prepare and file visa applications and petitions
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
• Develop and implement immigration strategies for clients

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar (or pending admissions)
• Experience in corporate immigration law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
