Active Secret (T3) Job Overview STI Inc. is seeking a qualified Supply Specialist to support Navy logistics and asset management operations. This role requires experience with Navy ERP systems, material accountability, and property management in a government or DoD environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of supporting program-level logistics efforts. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and analyze logistics and asset data to support Government decision-making Identify, define, and analyze supply and asset management issues;
develop actionable recommendations Support Navy logistics operations, including Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) and OM&S management Conduct and support physical inventories of Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) and OM&S Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy financial and asset management regulations Prepare written reports and deliver briefings to Government stakeholders Collaborate with program teams, contractors, and Government personnel to support mission objectives Assist in implementing process improvements and corrective actions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR an additional five (5)+ years of relevant DoD, military, or asset management experience in lieu of degree Minimum 3+ years of experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Navy logistics, including SOM or OM&S Minimum 5+ years of experience in Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E) / Asset Management Experience with material accountability and program-level logistics support Active Secret Clearance with favorably adjudicated T3 investigation Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of DoD FMR Volume 4, Chapter 4 Familiarity with DoN FFMIA Statement of Assurance Knowledge of SECNAV Instruction 4440.33 Experience supporting large-scale DoD programs or contracts
