Replenishment Planner

Job Description

Hours:

8-4 core

You will lead and optimize store-level inventory strategies across our national retail footprint. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of replenishment plans that ensure product availability, support sales growth, and improve inventory productivity. You will serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Store Operations, and play a critical role in mentoring junior planners and influencing cross-functional initiatives.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker with deep analytical skills and a passion for retail supply chain excellence. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Store Replenishment Planning.

• Assess planning system parameters and implement manual adjustments to generate weekly store replenishment orders that support demand within short-term inventory constraints. (15%)
• How much inventory will stores need over the next few weeks or months?"
• Sales trends
• Seasonal demand
• Promotions
• Inventory levels
• Develop short- to mid-term replenishment forecasts for assigned territories and present recommendations to the manager for inventory optimization. (15%)
• Collaborate with Buyers and internal partners to resolve inventory limitations and ensure timely product availability across the network. (10%)
• Partner with buyers and merchants when:
• Products are running low
• Demand spikes unexpectedly
• Distribution issues occur
• Assist with Master Data functions including the determination of appropriate information and data entry mostly via system uploads (30%)
• They maintain product data such as:
• SKU information
• Store assignments
• Vendor details
• Ordering parameters
• Inventory settings
• Lots of:
• Excel uploads
• Data validation
• Data cleanup
• Assist with the creation of integration files with trading partners to ensure smooth and timely operational execution. (30%)
• Creating and validating files exchanged between:
• Total Wine systems
• Vendors
• Suppliers
• Distribution partners

This is why SQL, VBA, and Excel automation experience is helpful.

2-3 years experience min

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vloppkups, complex formulas, large data sets)

Ability to parse through large data sets to find and correct issues

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Some exposure to SQL (basic querying), VBA/macros (automation)

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or a related analytical field
