Job Purpose
Maintains swimming pool water quality by testing weekly and cleaning pool components, water purification systems, and oversees the activities of lifeguarding staff.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain swimming pool water quality by testing hourly and cleaning pool components weekly.
- Add chemicals as needed.
- Vacuum pools using a pool vacuum daily.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use a water tester and pool vacuum.
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
- For managers, ability to create lifeguard schedules in a timely manner and upload the schedule onto Buddy Punch.
- Communicate with supervisory staff about supply and maintenance needs.
