Pool Operator/Manager – Edgemoor Club
Job Purpose:
Maintains swimming pool water quality by testing weekly and cleaning pool components, water purification systems, and overseeing lifeguarding staff activities.
- Maintain swimming pool water quality by testing hourly and cleaning pool components weekly.
- Add chemicals as needed.
- Vacuum pools using pool vacuum daily.
- Maintain water purification systems.
- Oversee lifeguarding staff activities.
- Prepare weekly reports of water quality tests.
- Ability to use water tester, pool vacuum.
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
- For managers, ability to create a schedule for lifeguards and upload schedule onto Buddy Punch.
- Communicate effectively with supervisory staff about supply and maintenance needs.
