The Configuration Manager Senior provides expert leadership and strategic direction for all configuration management activities within the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT).
Responsibilities- Develops and implements the continuous improvement of program configuration management plans, ensuring strict adherence to government standards and best practices.
- Independently reviews complex engineering and acquisition documentation, identifies the composition of the technical baseline, and leads the execution of PM PNT CCBs, providing authoritative technical review, assessment, and recommendations.
- Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of configuration status accounting (CSA), conducting thorough verification and audit activities, and managing all CM items within government databases.
- Proactively collaborates with diverse teams — including product support, systems engineers, and design/manufacturing engineers — to foster a robust and effective configuration management environment, mentoring junior staff and driving continuous process enhancements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business with seven (7) years of related experience.
- Or eleven (11) years of experience providing configuration management.
- Secret Clearance.
