Job Title:

Assembler / Mechanical Assembler / Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate hand and power tools, including torque wrenches, to assemble products to specification.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify proper fit, alignment, and product functionality.
• Inspect incoming materials and identify defective or non-conforming parts.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

  Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hanover,MD.
