Travel RN - Interventional Radiology​/IR - Interventional Radiology

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, current IR experience, and moderate sedation proficiency.

Job Details

• Interventional Angio/Radiology unit within a hospital setting,

• Unit performs image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients with cancer, pain, diabetes, liver, kidney, and other conditions,

• Minimally invasive, image-guided procedures used to diagnose and treat diseases across nearly every organ system,

• Day shift, 10-hour shifts:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM,

• No set or block scheduling; rotating day off,

• 7 call shifts per 4-week period, including weekday, weekend, and holiday call,

• Weekend call coverage required,

• Holiday coverage based on unit need,

• Free parking available on-site,

• Epic Radiant EMR preferred,

Job Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand,

• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required,

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with a strong ICU background,

• Current Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required,

• Moderate sedation experience required,

• Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) preferred,

• Critical Care Certification preferred,

• Trauma course completion preferred,

• SSN and DOB required for consideration,

• 1 professional reference required for consideration,
