Saratoga Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in an outpatient clinical setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
* Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
* Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* ACLS certification if required
* Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
* Minimum of two (2) years of strong current Acute Care Medical-Surgical experience
* Vaccine administration and monitoring experience preferred
* Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
* Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
* Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
* Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards
* Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives
* Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
Position Details:
* 13-week contract assignment
* Full-time position
* Monday through Friday schedule
* Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* No weekends required
* Off on all Federal holidays
* Outpatient clinic environment
