Position: Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis/Nephrology (RN)
Saratoga Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis/Nephrology (RN) in Bethesda, MD. The compensation package includes competitive pay and flexible contract work opportunities.

Saratoga Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis/Nephrology (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring dialysis and nephrology services. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
  • Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification if required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience within the preceding three (3) years in the designated specialty
  • Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring dialysis and nephrology services
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Monitor patient safety and quality standards of care
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
  • Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
