Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a real difference behind the scenes? Join our team and play a key role in preparing caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
What You’ll Do:- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
- Provide hands‑on training, guidance, and ongoing support
- Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers
Location:
- Every Tuesday only
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- In‑person at our Bethesda office
- Active RN license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership
- Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus
- Meaningful role with a direct impact on quality of care
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Consistent, predictable schedule
