At United Theranostics, we are advancing precision oncology through innovative radiopharmaceutical therapies delivered in a compassionate outpatient setting.
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care to patients with prostate cancer and other solid tumors while helping guide them through complex treatment journeys.
Working alongside a collaborative team of nuclear medicine physicians and oncology professionals, you will play a key role in delivering personalized care that improves patient outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care, including assessment, treatment planning, symptom management, and follow-up.
- Manage patients receiving radiopharmaceutical and theranostics treatments.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and document care in the EHR.
- Participate in clinical research and support clinical trial activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of oncology NP experience in an outpatient setting.
- Required experience treating prostate cancer and/or solid tumor oncology patients.
- Experience with radiopharmaceutical therapies or theranostics preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
- Oncology certification (AOCNP or equivalent) preferred.
