Compensation: commensurate with experience, ranging from the equivalent of $36-$40/hour or $75,000-$85,000/year.
About the Practice
We are a solo practitioner concierge-type practice dedicated to providing highly personalized, preventative care to a small practice size. Our model allows for longer appointment times, comprehensive wellness planning, and a focus on long-term patient relationships. Our office is easily accessible from 495 and 270 and has abundant free parking.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, personable LPN/nurse. This is an ideal role for an someone seeking to leave the burnout of high-volume settings for a role that values quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities (training will be provided if needed):
- Clinical Procedures: Perform vitals, phlebotomy (must be comfortable drawing older adults or "hard stick" patients), administer vaccinations, injections, screenings, and conduct 12-lead ECGs with confidence and precision.
- Annual Wellness Program: Independently conduct "Part 1" of the Annual Wellness Exams, including biometric screenings, vision/hearing testing, spirometry, and peripheral artery disease screenings.
- Patient Triage: Act as the first line of clinical communication; triaging patient phone calls, messages and emails, providing medical advice within scope, and determining when physician intervention is required.
- Lab Management: Process and prepare specimens for pickup and manage clinical inventory.
- RPM/CCM: Review vital signs and health information and conduct phone calls in connection with remote care for patients with ongoing health conditions.
- Aesthetics: Perform aesthetic procedures, including Medical Grade Facials, RF Microneedling, Botox and Fillers.
- Care Coordination: Assist with answering the phone or greeting patients if the front desk is busy to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active LPN or nursing license in Maryland or compact state.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (Primary Care preferred).
- Technology: Proficiency with EMR, Athena preferred, and basic Microsoft Office suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional "bedside manner." Our patients expect an excellent customer service experience and emotional intelligence.

We are currently located in Burtonsville, MD. The ideal candidate will be comfortable commuting to Burtonsville initially and transitioning to the Bethesda location on Nov. 1, 2026.
