Shape the future of global security as a Senior Socio‑Cultural Analyst (CI/HUMINT Language Analyst – Russian). Support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, provide native‑level language specialist services, performing precise reading, writing, speaking, and cultural insights on geopolitical, economic, and social issues. Conduct research, support HUMINT intelligence collection and analysis, translate transcripts, video, and audio sources, devise new methods for research and exploitation, and produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for command‑wide programs.

Proposal Phase / Contingent Upon Award.

Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required; no sponsorship.

• Provide native‑level language specialist services with precise reading, writing, speaking, and deep cultural understanding.
• Conduct research and support HUMINT intelligence collection and analysis.
• Accurately translate transcripts, audio, and video from Russian to English and vice versa, preserving intent and nuance.
• Develop, recommend, and implement innovative methods for target language research and exploitation, optimizing presentation of intelligence.
• Advise on best practices for socio‑cultural analysis and cross‑cultural communications.
• Produce Operating Instructions for command‑wide programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission partners to integrate socio‑cultural and linguistic insights into analytic products and operational planning.
• Demonstrate expert‑level knowledge of network defense principles and infrastructure for global connectivity.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least part of last 2 years in the labor category.
• Master’s degree in related field or Bachelor’s degree with 5 additional years of senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute; additional experience may be considered.
• Language‑enabled analyst DLI trained 4/4 proficient in Russian or equivalent.
• Native‑language level speaker comprehension (Russian) Level 4.

• Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required; no sponsorship.

• Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission.
• Prior experience supporting joint operations across multiple war fighting domains.
• Native cultural experience and expertise highly desired.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
