Position: Chef de Cuisine – New Concept (Be part of the opening team)

Menu Development & Execution:
Collaborate on and execute a compelling Mediterranean menu that highlights fresh ingredients and bold flavors.;
Kitchen Setup & Organization:
Lead the initial setup of the kitchen, including equipment placement, station organization, and workflow design to ensure maximum efficiency during service.;
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing back-of-house team. You will set the tone for the kitchen culture, fostering an environment of respect, discipline, and culinary excellence.;
Operational Management:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.;
Quality Control:
Ensure every dish that leaves the pass meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
