Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Banquet Bartender
. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable event experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
- Empowered to solve member complaints as soon as they occur, proceeded by advising supervisor of any complaints
- Keeps tables, dining room and server stations clean and tidy
- Serves beverages, proper wine pours, liquor and beer service
- Work in a team environment
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending service experience
- Bartender certification and/or TIPS certification
- Ability to foresee customer needs and provide excellent customer service
