Stocking Associate

As a Team Member in the Health and Wellness department, you will work with others to educate customers on our unique offerings, create eye catching and well merchandised displays, and ensure our shelves are stocked with the best variety of soaps, lotions, medications, and other personal hygiene products.

• Provide incredible service to our customers by proactively approaching them and helping them locate what they need
• Unload deliveries, stock shelves, displays and backroom while recognizing how seasons and holidays affect product sales
• Maintain department appearance by rotating product, sustaining product levels throughout the day, checking expiration dates, and ensuring shelves and displays are well-merchandised

Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting;
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium with some heavy effort tasks. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, kneeling, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, reaching, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 15 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely.

May also work in Home & Entertaining (see Home & Entertaining). Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors. Basic tools and equipment used include box cutter, shipping container, hand/power jack, compactor, baler, and u-cart.
