Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up while Store Manager is absent;
Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations, ensuring customers have opportunities to participate in membership programs;
Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dress code; ensure visual guidelines and store cleanliness;
Oversee store operations including scheduling, staffing, cash handling, and aiding in inventory audits;
Lead customer experience initiatives to achieve KPIs and sales targets;
Perform duties related to safeguarding company assets and following policies and procedures
