Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner;
Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders;
Picking and packing merchandise from the selling floor and applying packing policies to ensure safe delivery; process shippable returns and in-store pickup orders;
Unloading and processing new merchandise and assisting other teams as needed;
Collaborate with store team to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment
