Job Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations. The Key Lead drives performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.

The starting rate for this position is $20.70 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $20.70–$20.70 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
