Key Lead - Westfield Montgomery, Abercrombie & Fitch

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates while ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

The schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability includes Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames hours increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.70 per hour. The recruiting pay range is currently $20.70–$20.70 per hour, but may be modified in the future.
