Terr Ascend operates a Parkville, MD dispensary and seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead patient service from 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. You will guide staff, assist patients with product selection and dosing, and ensure compliant operations while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace.
The role requires readiness for night shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to train new employees on POS systems and ecommerce platforms. Cannabis experience is a plus.
