Role OverviewWe’re looking for energetic, people-oriented sales reps who enjoy live, face-to-face selling and closing deals on the spot. As a Regional Sales Representative, you’ll represent Carolina Casual at home shows and events, where our average order size is around $3,200. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on engaging customers, guiding them through customization options, and closing on-site. Our commission-based pay structure rewards strong closers, with higher commissions tied to full-value sales and volume.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Carolina Casual at home shows, festivals, and regional events
- Actively engage show attendees and guide them through the sales process
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions, configurations, and custom options
- Clearly communicate product differentiators including materials, durability, customization, pricing, and warranty
- Close sales on-site and accurately complete order documentation
- Manage follow-up opportunities and convert post-show leads
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming booth presence
- Build relationships with repeat customers, referrals, and commercial clients (hotels, restaurants, clubs, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide feedback from the field on customer trends, pricing, and product demand
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2C or B2B; home improvement, furniture, or lifestyle products preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and closing deals in a live event environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with order accuracy
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region, including weekends for shows
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive commission-based compensation structure
