• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with account sign‑ups to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer‑ready presentation

• Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow‑through skills with drive to meet sales targets
