This is a long-term contract position which offers:

** TASKS.
** The contractor shall:

+ Contribute to the development and optimization of lipid nanoparticle formulations and mRNA constructs for applications in cancer and infectious diseases.

+ Supports laboratory staff on research projects and techniques.

+ Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data to support translational decision making and technology advancement.

+ Maintains laboratory equipment and the training of others in their use.

+ Evaluate and help implement enabling technologies that improve vaccine potency, safety, stability, and manufacturability.

+ Assists in maintaining adequate space and facilities for ongoing and projected research studies.

+ Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including discovery scientists, formulation scientists, and manufacturing and regulatory partners.

** REQUIREMENTS.
** The contractor must have:

+ Master's in Science or related field

+ 10-15 years experience in a science related field and laboratory environment.

+ Experience ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with institutional, regulatory, and animal care guidelines.

+ Experience designing and execute in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate biodegradability, biodistribution, safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy.

+ Expertise in maintaining accurate experimental records and prepare technical reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
