Cornerstone Defense is seeking a proactive Counterintelligence Campaign Manager to provide program‑level support and engage customers on program capabilities. The role involves creating and running campaigns based on information gathering and stakeholder management to understand mission users’ needs and campaign workflow. The position also requires coordination with the PMO, mission managers, and technical teams.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Minimum education:

    B.S. or related experience in Program Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in Counterintelligence analysis or support.
  • Experience providing direct support to Government IT Program Managers overseeing multiple intelligence community programs.
  • Experience creating and running campaigns using stakeholder management and relationship‑building techniques.
  • Strong understanding of mission users’ needs and campaign workflow.
  • Ability to build relationships with users and create value.
  • Forward‑leaning mindset.
  • Proficiency with One Note for daily/weekly program activity reports, status updates, and program metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding and experience working within the intelligence community.
  • Ability to prioritize to achieve efficient and effective execution of project objectives.
