Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with hotel personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenity areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and support the orderly flow of people throughout the location in alignment with property protocols;
Assist with security-related incidents involving disturbances, trespassing, lost and found concerns, and/or after-hours activity while maintaining a courteous presence in a hospitality-focused environment
