Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel or resort setting;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, observe activity at the location, and assist with directions, credential checks, and visitor interactions while supporting a welcoming guest experience;
Communicate with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues observed during assigned shifts
