Exelon in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Facilities Technician to operate and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems. You will perform tests, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms and life-safety systems, and oversee building automation and energy management.
The role requires extensive licensing (DC/MD boiler and stationary engineer, electrical maintenance, universal CFC) and strong communication skills.
