SMC is seeking a Service Technician in Maryland to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and participate in on-call rotations to support our community assets.
The ideal candidate has a Type II CFC license or higher, seven years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift 80 pounds. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
